Our Story 

Filema was born in Zurich out of a love for creating and sharing something meaningful. What started as a personal passion project — experimenting with raw, vegan desserts at home — soon became a way to connect with others through simple, honest sweetness.

The name Filema (pronounced “fee-leh-ma”) comes from the Greek word for “a treat, an offering — something shared from the heart.” It perfectly captures the spirit behind every cake: handmade with care, crafted from natural ingredients, and made to be enjoyed together.

At Filema, we believe dessert can be both indulgent and nourishing — a small moment of joy that reminds us to slow down, share, and savor. Each creation is an invitation to do just that.
